What is your focus?
It is time to move beyond just the X’s and O’s, begin to coach the intangibles that really raises the level of performance and prepare your players to be productive in and beyond the game.

1. % of importance of attitude in success as compared to innate ability (Stanford study)

92% of the reason you succeed or fail is determined by your attitude.

8% of the reason you succeed or fail is determined by your innate ability.

2. Study comparing attitude and IQ in the ability to learn (Stanford study)

75% of the reason a person learns or fails to learn is based on his/her attitude.

25% of the reason a person learns or fails to learn is based on his/her IQ.

3. Study comparing Attitude and skills/knowledge in why a person gets a job (Harvard study)

85% of the reason a person gets a job, keeps a job or moves up in a job is based on his/her attitude.
