The Buckeye Local High School FCA sponsored a "We Remember Marshall" day on Thursday, November 14, 2007.  The day was in memory of the tragic 1970 plane crash that killed seventy-five people, including 37 Thundering Herd football players and 12  coaches and university staff members. 

The day began with the entire school watching the "We are Marshall" movie and concluded with a former Marshall football player sharing his life story and how the Lord called him into the ministry after his junior year.  He was attending seminary when his former teammates were killed in the plane crash.
